There is a very simple reason for the high maintenance costs, WG want you to spend money, whether thats in the form of premium time or premium camo. Camouflage/Camo is a paint job that you apply to the body of your tank. In a general sense, whenever a line split occurs, you can get great deals on permanent camo.
